Yoga with Roz
Roz Maissy teaches yoga classes at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center, with the Saddleback Valley Unified School District Recreation Department, and with Samlarc's outdoor program, Yoga at the Lake in RSM. For dates and times or to enroll online, see the Class Schedules page.
Roz is available to teach yoga at your workplace, or for your special group. She has worked with the
Boeing and Liebert Corporations, leading employees through a complete yoga routine during the lunch hour.
She has also taught yoga through private groups such as the Coto de Caza Moms group and for the women of Hadassah.
Private classes at your home are another option, especially if you have a busy schedule or specific
areas that you would like to work on. Enjoy a private yoga class designed specifically for your needs. $75 for an hour, $95 for an hour and a half with extended relaxation.
